# GET /api/v1/event-consumers/:id

## Summary

Read one durable event consumer. :id is the evcon_ id or the client_id. Requires message_read. Another account, or a consumer outside an inbox-scoped key, is HTTP 404 consumer_not_found. DELETE removes it and returns {id, client_id, deleted:true}.

## Idempotency

client_id makes this write idempotent. Sending the same client_id again returns the original object instead of creating a duplicate.
