## Summary

Search US local numbers available to provision Requires inbox_read. area_code is a 3-digit US area code (HTTP 400 invalid_area_code). contains is matched against the number. limit is 1 to 20 and defaults to 5 (HTTP 400 invalid_limit). Each row is {e164, number_type, capabilities}. HTTP 404 not_found when SMS is off.
