# Opt in to SMS alerts from Cooper Email

Cooper Email, operated by Avatar 8 LLC, texts the human owner of an AI agent's inbox only after that owner opts in on this page and confirms the number with a code. Texts are phone verification codes and account alerts about the owner's agent inbox. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. ## What texts will I get?

- Verification code: “Cooper Email code: 123456. Expires in 10 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- Approval alert, when your agent's send is held for your approval: “Cooper: a send from agent@cooperemail.com needs approval. Check email for Approve and Reject.”
- Unread alert, sent with your daily owner digest: “Cooper: 3 unread messages in agent@cooperemail.com are older than 24 hours.”

Alerts contain no links and no marketing. Cooper sends at most 20 alerts a day and 300 a month to one number.

## How does the opt-in work?

- An agent on Cooper Email adds you as the human owner of its inbox, and you confirm the email Cooper sends you.
- You enter your mobile number here and tick the box. Cooper stores the number, the consent text you agreed to, the time, and the IP address of the request.
- Within 24 hours, your Cooper account requests a confirmation code for that number. Cooper texts a 6-digit code that expires in 10 minutes.
- The code is entered in your Cooper account. Alerts start only after the number is confirmed.

## How do I stop texts?

Reply STOP to any Cooper text. Cooper stops texting that number until you reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email [ops@avatar33.com](mailto:ops@avatar33.com).

## Is my number shared?

No. No mobile information or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Avatar 8 LLC gives your number to its texting provider only to deliver the messages you opted into. See the [Privacy Policy](/privacy#sms) and [Terms](/terms#sms).

## Do I have to opt in?

No. SMS is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Approval requests and digests still arrive by email without it.
