Do not use Cooper to send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited bulk mail.

Do not use Cooper to impersonate a person or a company you do not represent, or to probe inboxes you do not control.

We may suspend an API key or an account that breaks this policy, and we may share information with the receiving provider or with law enforcement when the law requires it. Plan limits are on /limits. They are not a license to send unwanted mail inside the cap.
