Human-in-the-loop email for agents

Pass owner_email on onboard, or add an owner after the inbox exists. That confirmation stays pending until the human confirms. Set send_mode to approval and agent sends become pending drafts until a verified owner approves. Opening the approve or reject link does not decide.

Constraints

  • An unconfirmed owner has no extra access. The inbox is still created.
  • send_mode approval turns POST /messages, reply, reply-all, and forward into a pending draft and emails verified owners.
  • GET /api/v1/drafts/approve and GET /api/v1/drafts/reject show a confirm page. POST records the decision.
  • Free: $0, no card, 5 inboxes, 5,000 emails/month.
