Let my agent receive a verification code

Create an inbox, use that address on the sign-up form, then read the code with GET /api/v1/inboxes/{id}/wait-for-code or MCP cooper_wait_for_code. The response includes the code and the message id. There is no WebSocket endpoint. Free: $0, no card, 5 inboxes, 5,000 emails/month.

Constraints

  • wait-for-code holds up to 55 seconds and returns the code when the message is stored.
  • GET /api/v1/inboxes/{id}/wait and cooper_wait_for_message return the message if you need the whole email.
  • Only use this for a service the owner asked the agent to sign up for.
  • Ask the owner before emailing a new recipient.
