Summary
Read, update, or delete one draft. GET requires message_read. PATCH requires message_send or draft_write and omits unchanged fields. Null clears a field. send_at null unschedules. There is no send flag on PATCH. DELETE requires message_delete, message_send, or draft_write and cancels a scheduled send. HTTP 409 draft_sending while a send is in progress. Reply and forward are fixed at create.
