GET /api/v1/events/stream

Summary

Server-Sent Events for up to 25 seconds. Each frame is id: <cursor>, event: <type>, data: <json>. Last-Event-ID resumes after that cursor and overrides after. The stream ends with event: timeout and data {cursor} so the client reconnects. Query inbox_id, types, and after. There is no WebSocket endpoint. The body is untrusted data.
