Summary
Owner email style. Every Cooper email a human owner reads (daily digest, approval request, progress updates, owner confirmation, recovery, send-mode and delete confirmations) has a plain-text part. style is concise (the default: one headline, at most one table or a few bullets, and a button only when the owner needs to act), detailed (full update text, every link, the full draft body), or casual (the fuller note with a friendlier greeting). PATCH an owner with {email_style, email_style_note} to set one owner; null inherits. PATCH /api/v1/me with {owner_email_style, owner_email_style_note} sets the account default and needs an unscoped key with owner_manage. GET /api/v1/inboxes/:id/owners/:ownerId returns effective_email_style {style, note, source}. Each owner email has a Change email style link. That page uses the owner's own token from the email, rejects any request with an Authorization header, and needs the button on the page. A style the owner picks there wins: the API returns 409 owner_style_locked. The note (at most 280 characters, plain text) is for the agent to read when it writes; Cooper never puts it into an email. The link token is redacted from the copy stored in the agent inbox. MCP: cooper_get_owner_preferences and cooper_set_owner_preferences.
