POST /api/v1/recover

Summary

Ask Cooper to email a recovery link. Body is {address}. The address is an inbox email. The response is always HTTP 202 with {object:recovery, status:accepted}, including when the address is not an inbox and when no mail is sent. The lookup and the email run after that response. Verified external owners of that account each receive one single-use link that expires in 2 hours. Owner addresses are stored in lowercase with a trailing dot removed. An address at cooperemail.com or any subdomain, an address that is an inbox on any account, and an address on any domain in the domains table do not count. A pending owner is not emailed. If there is no verified external owner, nothing is sent. The link is not stored in an agent inbox, and the new API key is not in the email. Limited to 5 requests per hour per IP and 3 per day per address. HTTP 429 rate_limited includes Retry-After. If the limit cannot be checked, the response is HTTP 503 rate_limit_unavailable with Retry-After, retry_after_seconds, and resets_at.
