Summary
Return one webhook. The secret is redacted to its first 8 characters plus an ellipsis, the same as the list. previous_secret_expires_at is set only while a rotated secret is still inside its 24 hour window, and previous_secret_active is true then. The previous secret is never returned. Another account's id is 404 webhook_not_found.
